Status
i, David Duarte, am a friend of the courts and a friend of the United States. My commitment to equitable conduct is further rooted in my faith, which commands obedience to governing authorities as outlined in scriptures such as Romans 13:1: “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.” Therefore, any presumption that i am a ‘sovereign citizen’ or in opposition to the United States is hereby rebutted ab initio to September 19, 1985. My family and i rely on the protections offered to us by Article IV, Section 4 of the constitution that reads:
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
Furthermore, the scriptures command me to pray and intercede for those in authority, as stated in 1 Timothy 2:1-2:
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.” This instruction reinforces my respect for the United States and my responsibility to support and uphold the governing authorities through prayer and intercession.
i am not anti-tax, i do not protest against the government, and i do not support or engage in activities that undermine governmental authority or disrupt public order. i conduct myself in peaceful and constructive engagement with the governing bodies and fully support the United States.
i am a living soul wedded in Holy matrimony with my spouse and we raise our 3 offspring in the fear, counsel and instruction of the Lord and we teach them to respect the United States government.
